Shipping and Returns

Delivery Methods

We ship within Poland via:

  • InPost Parcel Lockers – available only when the air temperature allows for the safe transport of food products.
  • InPost Courier – direct delivery to the specified address.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed and paid for by 2:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day. Delivery is made on the next business day.

Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Return Procedure

You have the right to return goods within 14 days from the date of delivery.

You can register a return in two ways:

  1. Online via order history – after logging in to your account, select the specific order, choose the products you wish to return, and confirm the procedure.
  2. By email – send a message to: zwroty@frankoli.com.

Return Conditions

  • The customer returns the goods at their own expense.
  • The customer is responsible for properly packaging the returned product.
  • The return address will be provided after the return is registered.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days from the moment we receive the returned shipment.

The funds are transferred to the bank account specified by the customer. If the customer has incurred the original delivery cost, that amount will also be refunded.
