This is a unique composition of coconut, dried cherries, and natural cherry blossom aroma, creating a light, harmonious snack with a soft texture. The inspiration for this recipe was the Japanese aesthetic of flavors – subtle, balanced, and natural.
The base of the cookie consists of gluten-free oat flakes and creamy coconut pulp. Thanks to them, the bake maintains a pleasantly semi-soft consistency and natural sweetness. The filling also contains chicory root fiber, which supports the proper functioning of the digestive system and makes the snack feel more satisfying for longer.
